Founded in 2012, Xi Safety is a Calgary-based safety service company that provides project field advisors, online orientation, and online safety training. We believe this truth to be self evident that no job is so important, no task so critical, that time cannot be taken to do it safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

- The cool thing about our company is many of our people came up out of the ground as in their experience was borne out of actual project trades experience. From the drilling and completions side we have Advisors who actually worked the rigs as roughnecks, motormen, derrick men and drillers and then taking that experience and coupled with HSE certifications are now a value added experience component we can offer to you.
- Xi safety advisors came up through the pipeline industry as laborers, heavy equipment operators who have received the most indepth training as excavtor operatros, crane operators and side boom operators from in depth union training in TEXAS, coaters, blasters, with all segments of pipeline construction tasks. All of them have moved up to the world of HSE and coupled with education, experience they’ve got a compelling understanding of tasks and how they should be performed safely.
- Xi Safety’s people came from the working ranks as electricians, pipefitters, medics, fire captains, emergency response coordinators from the oil sands
- Some of us hold CRSP designations, CRST, NCSO, NEBOSH, REGULATORS, CERTIFIED FIRE PROTECTION SPECIALISTS FROM NFPA, CERTIFIED WILDLAND FIRE PROTECTION ADVISORS, and more.

Online Orientation
At Xi Safety we provide comprehensive online orientation programs to educate workers on site-specific safety protocols before they step onto the job site. In as little as 5 minutes we can get your safety orientation online and functioning, Show us what you want and our service technician provider will build you a stunning onboarding orientation.
Online Safety Training
Our online safety training courses cover a wide range of topics, from hazard identification to emergency response, empowering workers with the knowledge to work safely. We also provide Ground Disturbance 201 (BC Compliant) and Pipeline Construction Safety Training System through our website. Many of our courses are now virtually proctored, allowing for a comprehensive exchange of knowledge that addresses feedback about the lack of interaction in online training. With virtual proctoring, the benefits of classroom interaction are retained, enhancing the learning experience for each student

Xi Safety Initiatives
Core services include offerings to address the growing challenges of wildfire urban interface exacerbated by climate change.
